We are a small family livestock farm (40 acres) on the outskirts of the village of Kimbolton where we rear 20 Aberdeen Angus Cattle and breed 90 Suffolk X Sheep. The farm is run under the "Farm Assured British Beef & Lamb Scheme (FABBL) - look for the little red tractor.  We also have a pig fattening unit which is Freedon Food Accredited (RSPCA).

We maintain 7 acres of traditional cider orchard, some trees up to 60 years old, together with a few Perry Pears and ½ acre of damson trees, walnut and cobnut.  Through the orchards we run a flock of free range hens (warrens) together with a few pet ducks.

Purely for leisure, we have 2 ponies, Foxy & Jazz.

We built the B&B Accommodation in 2006 converting the old barn next to the house.  This was a project funded by Defra under their Rural Enterprise Scheme.

We are very lucky in that our farm yard is well away from the house - so no farmyard smells! However we do have 3 children & 2 dogs so plenty of activity all the same.
