Next to the Farmhouse in a separate annexe we have two rooms both en-suite and both can be either twin or double room.  Each room has TV and  Hospitality Tray. Both rooms are centrally heated and breakfast is served in the tea room which during the cold winter mornings is heated by a wood burning stove.  The bedrooms are separate from the house, i.e. they have their own entrance and therefore can be let as a complete semi- self contained unit!.  Beautiful views are seen from each window.  The bed linen is top quality Egyptian Cotton sheets with either blankets or duvets.  For families a "smaller" fifth member can be put up on a "Z-bed" for £10.00.

Breakfast is served between 7.00am and 10.00am and includes a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, homemade jams and marmalades.  The sausage, bacon and eggs if not our own will be from other local producers.  Mushrooms when available picked from the fields and tomatoes from the garden.

Accessibility: Although the shop, tearoom and garden have full disabled access both rooms are situated on the first floor of the old cider mill and are accessed by a single flight of stairs with a hand rail.

BBQ area available for those wishing to cook their own evening meal, afternoon tea can be provided in the tea room.
Children, Dogs & Horses Welcome - excellent walking/riding area for all species!  Cyclists also welcome, plenty of dry storage for bikes.
If children would prefer to sleep in a tent for a bit of  fun, we have plenty of space for that too! - we can even provide you with material for a camp fire.FREE OF CHARGE.

Costs:  £35.00 per person per night (single occupancy)
            £30.00 per person per night (sharing) - discount offered for subsequent nights
